Ingredients:

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 heads lettuce, washed and torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • Cooked white rice

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, lime juice, fish sauce, garlic, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Add the beef to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the fridge.
