Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 heads lettuce, washed and torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- Cooked white rice
